- decent compensation - work fully remote

Cons

HR communicated poorly during the onboarding process, which took months. The department I worked in was staffed with people who had no knowledge of what they had to deliver and no subject matter expertise. Only one client in the pipeline, and even that project was an absolute mess. The manager was abusive, did not communicate his expectations well and fully not responsive on IM, which is crucial for a fully remote role.

Work in the office is an option

Cons

Polish management decides on everything. Manila management team does not have any power or voice in decision making. Changes are not being communicated. They will just surprise you with the changes that they want be from people or role. They don't consult you with anything. You're powerless basically. Autonomy is one of the core values and yet is not being in practice. They will promise you with a role but it will not be given to you instead.
