Terrible Management, no direction, awful place to work, toxic environment

Leaving the terrible "can't be bothered "Management" who really have no idea what they are doing.

Cons

Management is non existant - they walk on on meetings they arrange in less than 30mins of it starting to have a vap and then never come back to thier own meeting- what an excellent example to set. Steer well clear of this place, especially the Wellingborough office.
