    I worked at Lionbridge full-time

    Pros

Working for a global company, a world leader Industry expert Multicultural organisation Big organisation Extra day off for your birthday Volunteering opportunities Flexible working arrangements

    Cons

Staff are not looked after. Pay is average with no increases, pay rises promised and then not given. PMs overworked and not rewarded or cared for. Sales strategy often changing, compensation plans designed to be difficult to understand and goalposts moved, targets increased or made more difficult without warning. You only earn money if you over perform. PMs fobbed off about pay rises and rarely promoted to the next level. Highest staff turnover I've seen, constant departures through choice, or teams being made redundant and individuals let go. Many there were always looking for other work. No team feeling - poor social side, silo working. You only matter to management when you make them money.

I have been working at Lionbridge part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Once you read and understand the guidelines, the job is quite straightforward. There is available assistance, including webinars and direct contact if you have a problem or need support. Can work at any time of day.

    Cons

It can take up to two months to get paid. Can get tedious. You need to know the right days to complete the tasks, which can be difficult. Sometimes tasks do not appear until mid-week and are quickly resolved.

I worked at Lionbridge full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working within Rolls-Royce, a great company

    Cons

You are not part of rolls Royce and often looked down on. Forget everything in the job description, you are simply a dogs body who can use excel. Also not a safe job, rolls Royce are actively trying to automate your job. There were promises of moving across to rolls, but if you look at your contract this is very difficult.
