      They do not care about their employees; only money. Before they went to private equity it was a great place to work.

      Pros

      Good money. Hard working people in the factories. Creates a good product. Good ole American manufacturing. You get to meet a lot of people all over the world.

      Cons

      Work life balance does not exist. Upper management is unethical and dirty. Promises to employees are not kept. Corporate office relocated because that is where the new CEO lived... For him only.... Think about that. Displaced 70 corporate employees for one ego maniac. His tone from the top changed the entire way the company ran.

      Talented, hard working and loyal employees.

      Cons

      They get rid of long term, seasoned people to replace them with younger, inexperienced. Focused on profits only.
