      Great colleagues, but support and pay issues persist

      There are some amazing people working here and many of them I love working with.

      Cons

      Payslips not being available, also lost my original contract. Lack of support team in APAC, when new people get hired to be in the APAC team, once trained they move to another timezone. Keep asking for more assistance but nothing comes for years. Told to delegation of cases, idea of delegation is: give coworker the case but you help investigate/give points for the emails/help on remote session. Asked for a wage that reflects current markets, not "in budget" yet.

There were instances where excessive informal conversations with selected employees created unnecessary distractions on the floor, impacting the overall workplace atmosphere and employee productivity. Employees also faced challenges in getting timely attention to their queries and concerns.

      Toxic dysfunctional place to work with lots of fingerprinting, incompetence at management level and constant chaos and change of priorities and direction. Complete mayhem of a company. Talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk.
