Pros

1) The management and our CEO is heavily invested in employees, both professionally and personally. 2) An agile organization which is not bogged down by unnecessary processes, politics, or hierarchies. 3) Employees are encouraged to experiment, innovate, and given product ownership. Product ownership in a literal sense where you have stakes in the product. 4) High on transparency, trust, corporation, and job security. 5) It's a closely-knitted family of equals striving for excellence, and making a technology positive impact on the industry and society.

Cons

Folks conditioned in a traditional IT set-up will require some time to adapt to the culture.

Pros

Work life balance. Flexible working hours. Friendly and approachable people "to an extend". Will get an opportunity to explore. Good managers if you are lucky enough.

Cons

Very poor compensations. Poor salary hikes. The freshers there are being treated without any respect, freshers holding a master's degree are paid with 13k! which seems very unfair. And at the same time the freshers holding a diploma degree was made to worked under pressure and with the same task assigned to those with a master's degree, and finally when the upraisel comes the certification that the hold is being questioned and held as a reason to underpay them. Manipulations from the HR departments on salary hikes. I joined there 2 years back by getting impressed by the culture there and I never regretted the decision either. But as time passed by the culture shift began. The company which was once led by the people, was later on shifted to an authority of the HR department and people started hating it. The head weight of the people within that department are unbearable and makes them unapproachable. Internal politics are very active now. The CEO who once held many cultural values now just focuses on making more money. If you are a fresher who is not sure about which department to work with, and you need to explore different opportunity, this is the place to join. But you should be ready to neglect the compensation part. And you won't be having any significant salary hike if you stay here for longer period as well. Join here, get a grip on the area of your interest and leave as soon as possible, maybe maximum 2 years or something.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate all insights as they help us identify areas where we can improve. We’re sorry to hear of your experience. I’m sure you’re aware of how CULTURE is a crucial element at Litmus7 and how we strive to create a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Your concerns are important to us, and we take them seriously. But alongside, we also do not support misrepresentation of the company and the wrongful portrayal at play here - like the mention of ‘salary’ which is false as no employee in the organization is paid the amount of 13,000 that you’ve quoted. If you’re open to it, we’d love to discuss this to clear the air and support you in every way we can. Please feel free to reach out to l7hr@litmus7.com so we can better understand how we can help better the situation. We only wish you the best in your continued employment with us.

Great Place To Work For Women

Pros

Working at Litmus7 has been a career highlight. Not only does Litmus7 give opportunity for growth and learning, but it encourages it. The trust the company places on each and every employee is commendable. Recently Litmus7 CEO Venu, brought on board Neetu to lead the US initiatives for Litmus and she has been absolutely brilliant in leadership. The whole company is centered on a value based model, but it starts at home, and they make sure that in each step of the way you feel valued as an employee. As a woman, in technology - we are never short of hearing the stories about how difficult it can be, but not once has it been an issue here. Women are valued and our opinions are encouraged and trusted. Our CEO, CFO, Direct Leadership, all of them have created a fantastic work culture. Best decision of my career was to join this company. Eternally grateful to work with such brilliance all around me. I never stop learning, and growing.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about Litmus. Truly an incredible company.

Pros

Their culture and values were good in the past , but things are changing slowly Good people's and Ceo

Cons

Regret joining here after letting me down in many occasions especially during hikes and opportunities in here No value for the work and you can understand it clearly during every years appraisal system and the way you are getting treated More support projects and putting people's into unknown technologies is common here and thus making their life horrible
