Working to solve the most exciting problems in machine learning
Pros
Working at Living Optics for the past couple of years has been amazing. The team are very passionate about what we are developing and the problems it will solve. The fact that we are working on bleeding edge technology and the most interesting problems in machine learning is a nice bonus too! I am never bored and always excited to continue to develop our Hyperspectral technology. The remote first culture is great for me as a fully (99%) remote worker.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any, I am so happy in the job. I guess not being able to be in the office as often as I would like due to living several hundred miles away is a con but this hasn't hindered my ability to contribute to the culture, direction or technical development of the company.
