Let me start off by saying that I don't normally write reviews but I had to write this. This company Extremely micro-manages. The pay isn't that great compared to some of the other firms in comparison. It's very management heavy. The turnover rate is EXTREMELY high. No one stays in a position for long before quitting. There is absolutely no room for ANY advancement. This company has changed it's name and logo over 12 times. The new name of the the company is InsuranceHub. Brown & Brown, Arthur J Gallagher, EPIC (The McCart Group), or any other firm in the area is better than this one. The company culture is horrible and it's all about politics. Anyone who has written a good review was probably one of the managers asked to do it.
