      There not even a single pros to explain about the company . HR standards are to low level and they are not even well matured to be in HR position .

      Dumb HR. Worst part of the company Photo attached is fake. Reviews are fake. No job security Bad management Less salary No career growth Partiality Politics they just give stupid reasons to leave employee from the organisation they don't even have a process set up they play with employees for time being with useless Managers they hire useless managers

      Bad Work Culture, Bad Management

      Pros

      You get good life lessons about how bad people can be. You get to know what you need to be aware of in future jobs. You have seen worse, so you come out stronger.

      Cons

      They fire people whenever they want to. They hire you for internship and fire before completion. Dumb and uneducated HR and Managers. Its like you're attending a family drama. All the reviews that say good about the company are FAKE. Do not ruin your career by joining this drama. Bad Management - They don't have expereinece in handling greivences. They dont consider their employees as their assest, rather slaves. Each one of my colleagues fought and left. Bad Work Culture: Politics better than anything in the company Managers involve in gossips and backbiting Not a company you should waste your time on. No Projects, No Money, No Experience
