      Pros

      Amazing culture, a company truly looking after it's team and pushing the edge. Not for the lazy individuals, but if you're hungry and want to grow, this is an amazing place that cares about your growth, both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      Honestly none. I've worked in numerous places. Leadership in my opinion is one of the biggest factors on happiness within a work environment, and leadership and the CEO genuinely care.

      Would not work here if I were you

      No pros to working here

      Cons

      Consistently late on payments and they micromanage you constantly, You are completely expendable, no job security whatsoever. Testosterone driven appointment setter strategy to cover over all their faults, also there's probably 1 woman working in the whole company, not very inclusive.
