Train-wreck waiting to happen

Pros

- Great if you like doing very little for very little money.

Cons

- Impossible to progress, in some cases many people have been demoted due to outsourcing jobs abroad. - Highly egotistical and arrogant managers. - Obsession with digital advertising in an aggressive and non-consumer friendly manner (their websites load an obscene amount of adverts). - Very poor IT systems...be prepared to wait about 10 mins for your computer to start each day be very prepared for the many times you keep a customer on hold for just as long due to terrible software. - Training is non-centre specific and therefore useless. - Unrealistic bonus targets which you'll never meet due to very poor customer satisfaction. - Us vs them atmosphere between different departments. - Very poor pay.
