High work loads and extremely high levels of pressure to process all issues and orders on the day they were raised.
Extremely hard as a new staff member - unfortunately the office environment was very toxic, with older staff who had been there for a long time bullying newer, younger staff members.
All departments had a bad habit of not resolving issues caused by their team, with customer service expected to resolve every issue even when not related to their skillset or training. But overall most employees were approachable and easy to deal with and these issues are affected by the people and not the company as a whole.
