      Poorly run company - Squirrel !!!!

      Some great engineers on staff - great client delivery,

      Cons

      No clue how to treat people or how to run a business. Management known to scream and yell at associates. Company has no values and is not philanthropic at all. Doesn't realize what it takes to grow a business successfully. There are no systems in place. Each day brings a new direction.

      - Introduced work from home during the pandemic. - Solid engineers

      Cons

      - Horrible work life balance - Horrible, very detached leadership that seemed to thrive off of talking down to employees - Company had lack of structure( IT firm with no domain?) - Not up to speed with modern MSP practices - Complete lack of proper escalation channels - Benefits package not as good as advertised - Lack of growth opportunity

      Pros

      The best thing about this company is its people, and the remnants of what the culture used to be. These folks bust their tails day in and day out and truly have a talented staff.

      Cons

      Dangerously incompetent leadership. Not an ounce of strategy to be found. So many C-level individuals and mid-executive management and yet no decision making skills, no grasp on any kind of budget, completely indifferent to the understaffing and attrition issues, and the many requests of compensation reviews.
