I tried to add one but unable to find out the same.

Cons

No management,abusive language at work. harassment of the employees. Company has a strategy to hire employees for two months in a lower pay scale as it was probation period and then fire them. They dont care about there employees. And employees arr not allowed to talk and discuss anything in office. They don't pay salaries on time. If anyone desperately wants to join an organisation then also don't go for it. They are mannerless people..its a very bad company. They talk nonsense about their employees.

The company is always aiming to eaaarn high profits not in the favour of employee growth . The salary not even get on time and incentives are not given at any cost to employees. There is no professionalism here its worst than any job. I advice people not join at any cost their aim is to steal employee salary and incentives. They are investigating and checking personal devices like laptops and mobiles of emplyees like the company belongs to CID and we employee are doing crime in their office.
