      Sinking Ship

      Pros

      Nice office views of the Bay. People have good intentions. Good project management and product technical support.

      Cons

      30 percent of employees have left since September 2015. Company going to lose big client soon. Family run business. "Outsiders Not Welcome". Old school management style. Boring office environment. No one talk. Almost half of employee remain are CEO family.

      -Acceptable benefit -Flexible time (but they are now considering to change) -Friendly colleagues -Nice office

      Cons

      - No career path for outsideer. You have only 2 options: + Join CEO's family + Find new job after 3-5 years to develop your career path - Old school management style from Director and Sr. Manager - Old traditional business style - Unprofessional Director causing distraction to you - Many employees are now leaving this sinking ship - Big clients are leaving and only few projects left with no potential

      Good environment and amazing colleagues

      Pros

      Listening management. Very friendly and helpful colleagues. The company encourages learning and sharing. Training system is very good. The CEO is awesome.

      Cons

      Sometimes I have a feeling that the company's cost is managed by a housewife, not by a professional. Company's strategies is confusing from time to time.
