      wasting your time,making you comfortable to work under any worst working condition in the world Hiring is fast and firing is more even faster 1st the Boss will take your certificates annd then he will mentally harass you,make you comfortable to work under any of ridiculous conditions

      mental harassment by boss dont listen to employee, nothing to had with employee whatever happen to them negative attitude of the boss he thinks as he is running a shop not a company as hiring is done when there is a season like diwali and firing is done as soon as the diwali over,the owner thinks that he is hiring a labour. He will take work from then till he need whether it is for 15 days or 24 days or 6month or 2years and then will throw out of the shop when his motive is completed. Lol..Pros taking time Nothing for the employee except termination.

      Negtive attitude of bosses Money minded bosses Two year fully planned bond to spoil the future of the worker Radar type of bosses Bosses always think how they can spoil the future of worker All five, three, four star review are fakes I would like suggest to Glassdoor please start negtive marking because logicapt deserve -100 marks

      Good at Adding Fake Reviews Career Destroying Power Poking Abilities in every action

      Don't have any idea what are they doing Expectation are way high and no boost up Its not performance, its buttering what matters (more u do, more u'll paid) No cafeteria... No Fun Activity... Bosses are Live CCTV... no other work than sitting on monitors looking other No sense to talk to a lady

      Thanks for your comment. I want to add few things in your review response. There is no any norms and rules in this world which is going to spoil anybody careers. Yes if you are not wrong and doing your job then why are you afraid of getting monitored by either CCTV or physical way. For Cafeteria ... hmmm. Quark city has one of the best cafeterias in the business town. A suggestion for you be social and start communicating with people around you. this will let you know what is going in a company or the fun activity.
