Lack of diversity in leadership, 2 rounds of lay offs in 2023, extremely high turn over, low pay compared to other saas companies, very cliquey / favorites are well known, lack of career path in most departments, lack of processes, lack of leadership and guidance (i didn’t have a manager for nearly a year). The company greatly shifted in the last year and it is not the same company many were proud to be apart of.

- Pay is incredibly non-competitive for many Customer Success / Services and Dev / Product positions - Several mid-level and senior-level leaders in the Field Operations department are incredibly incompetent but have too much of an ego and/or lack of self-awareness to improve or take in constructive criticism - They used to care about their employees, but now they’ve adopted the mentality that everyone is disposable; maintaining top or critical talent means nothing to them anymore - They’ve cut benefits and are continuing to cut them into 2025 - Some leaders have pushed out incredibly important people because of their ego and unwillingness to take an opposing opinion. It has absolutely destroyed the culture in certain divisions. - Leadership has a serious problem being up front and honest. It’s all covered in deception or half-truths, making it infuriating to get a straight answer out of anyone when trying to make critical decisions or just understand what’s really going on My advice for anyone applying: if you don’t care about being paid fairly for your work, don’t mind being led on constantly, and are okay with toxic management, then sure, come work for this company
