      Pros

      If you have a knack for cowtowing and enjoy being micromanaged by the inept, this is the place!

      Cons

      You can't please the management. . . really, you can't. All that have come before you have failed (found that out after I started). You are a dead man walking; your clients know it and your co-workers know it.

      Pros

      This is not a company that I would recommend, they have no loyalty, only to the dollar. Bad business sense!

      Cons

      I interviewed with them, and they were condescending, and asked questions that were so off the main track of support work. No real world questions. Very arrogant attitude.
