Pros
The company is great for freshers. Lot to learn. Birthday celebrations. Time flexibility. Salary on time always.
Cons
No work/life balance. 5 days working, but almost 2-3 saturdays in a month, you have to come because of work pressure. Small team Have to work till late night. Management can shout on you like you are a child anytime. No appreciation of good work. Once you done something good, the expectation becomes more. If they think you are trying to switch, they will give you GOLI to take you US office. Appraisal always late by 5-6 months and you will get you aerier after one year. Thats the policy to retain you.
