Working with LogicPlum is a new Experience for me as I've worked with an MNC before. The company takes care of your WorkLife balance more than you do. One of the Motto of the company is that 'We don't miss the deadline.' Companies with such a goal may offer a hectic work environment. But from my experience LogicPlum is an exception. With proper planning, automation and the right use of technology achieving deadlines are easy here. One Important thing that astonishes me here is the work culture LogicPlum provides. Here other than managing and controlling each and every employee LogicPlum has built a consistent Culture with clear constraints. This gives each and every employee freedom and responsibility withing the framework of the system. This makes the employees happy.

I have been in this company for almost an year now. They been so nice to me that I rejected many offers which is greater than my current job offer. I have no regret in that because I don't think no other companies can give me this feeling. Every member in this organization is a family to me. I truly appreciate the company owners and the administration team for the wonderful job that you had done. Please keep up this and looking forward for more wonderful memories and reaching heights. Also this is an AI based product company. We have a great number of products which I am excited to work with. Work life is well maintained here. You can ask for any help here, if they think it is valid they will support you even if none others support you(not just the work matters). The team makes this company a success. I would recommend this company to all my friends, indeed I already brought 3 of my friends here.
