Unorganised Mess

Pros

Some nice people, just not enough of them. Free coffee but now you have to pay.

Cons

No senior management from what I could see, middle management have no experience and only seem to be there to take credit for the people below. No long term objectives and day to day work is chaotic at best.

Pros

I cannot think of any pros. Truly awful company to work for.

Cons

Business lead by family and friends. Management style from previous century. Departments lead by senior management with 0 relevant expertise and yet phenomenally huge egos. Dubious new senior recruits who act as extensions of management with no personality or social competence but yet that infamous ego that seem to be the business trademark. Avoid at all costs.
