      Pros

      Professional, highly motivated delivery team with customer success at it's core. Good work / life balance, opportunity to work from home as travel to customers has reduced during the pandemic. Managers who are interested in team members development and job satisfaction. Outstanding products and good support from team members and colleagues throughout the organization. Good communication from senior management through regular Town Hall meetings.

      Cons

      For those that are office based, HQ could benefit from some modernization Review vacation entitlements to ensure we remain competitive

      Pros

      Supply Chain Planning is broad and interesting field to work in that can have a huge transformational impact on large organisations. We have a great integrated team in EMEA with a strong mandate to change how we work to provide better outcomes. There are lot of very clever people to support you and a really strong culture of collaboration. The leadership team are also focused on transforming Logility and so it is truly fun place to work The products are good

      Cons

      No some much a Con but a reality; this is not not a job for the faint hearted, there is a lot to learn, we are changing and the market is changing. You need to be on your toes and top of your game everyday, it is mentality challenging. We are also lean and so many of the tasks that larger more bloated companies have teams for, need to be done by the sales person. Again, not a Con, just a reality.

      Pros

      Certain aspects of the benefits were great. LinkedIn Learning Willingness to spend $ on certain applications needed to drive the department in a forward moving direction.

      Cons

      Chaos, disruption, toxicity. There is no foundation or organizational structure within the marketing department. Priorities and goals changed daily with unrealistic expectations. You will be told when hired supply chain experience isn’t necessary, but expected to know a lot about it with no training whatsoever. Working 12+ days is normal, and not feeling valued for your work is normal too. Learning how to become a mind reader is also needed to be successful. But you can’t measure success because nothing ever gets done.
