Pros

Great team, definitely working together to serve the customer. Also a winning team.

Cons

We did have a problem with total addressable market, no real way to discover who integrated at scale and there wasn't a process set up to find them that outpaced the sdrs going through the known accounts

Pros

Enthusiastic team and great work environment. Management were awesome and the product itself is fantastic. Regular sales enablement which was the best learning and development I probably have ever done in a workplace, internal systems that work and of course all the sales intelligence and sales engagement tools you'll need. However I think ultimately the team was what made it great. All the way through team mates, managers and right up to the CEO everyone were just genuinely good people.

Cons

The only con I could really give is that there was no physical office (remote work only) I did miss out on that feel of being physically with a team but this is only a very minor thing. Overall it was a great place to work.

Everyone on the team was always willing to help in any way shape or form. Pay was good. Work life balance as well. If you get the opportunity to work at Logixboard take it!

Nothing everyone was great. The company cares about its people
