Pros
Great people on the floor. Everyone helps each other out and wants to do well for the business. People pull together to help each other (except managers when it goes into politics)
Cons
They will fire you for no apparent reason within 2 years, be warned. Especially if you have mental health issues as i did. Reason for letting me go was 'They thought i was unhappy' and 'did not want to leave Vicky in the situation before of staff leaving' so they got rid of me for that, not even a warning or a prior conversation. If you work in Sales with the beloved Vicky you will not stand a chance. Training for your role is awful, training for products is fantastic though.
