Pros

You get to experience lots of different tasks (but you’re not paid for them adequately so this is also a con)

Cons

- Management is terrible - interns get exploited - they expect artists to work with them in exchange for plastic cameras, not money - if someone leaves you take over their responsibilities with no salary increase

Pros

you work in a "hip" and "cool" company, get cameras to try out and hopefully the fancy titles they give will be good for your CV.

Cons

company is completely (!) unorganised and seems to constantly struggle with money which not only affects your salary but also their way of doing business (no follow through on decision, no budget for marketing activities,...). No business strategy implemented, they go by experience and are not shy to tell you if you try to implement something new. They like to surround themselves by young professionals and exploit their creativity and motivation for the job but are not able to trust you in anything.
