      - opportunity to get know very interesting creative people (bands, photographers, videographers, artists) - chilled environment - not a stressful job

      Cons

      - very old equipment - no benefits - no learning opportunities - low pay - very high turnover of people

      Pros

      Working for a company that is 'cool'. People know the brand and it makes your job a little easier. It should (hopefully) look good on a resume.

      Cons

      It's run by a lot of young people with NO business nous. They're constantly worried about running out of money.
