      Pros

      Long Wave has a great culture. People work well together. Conversation and team work is easy to initiate and there is space for it throughout the entire organization at every level. And a GREAT work like balance.

      Cons

      I don't really have any. I suppose if you don't like the fast pace of a growing company it may not be a good fit for you.

      Pros

      With changes in strategic direction and management and a focus on providing the customer with the best possible product/service experience, Long Wave is on the right track to greatness and dominance in the market.

      Cons

      With fast changes comes fast challenges with an immense amount of work to get there. Leadership has their work cut out for them!

      Pros

      The culture and employees are unmatched in the industry. Can not recommend Long Wave enough. This is the only job I've ever had where I'm actually excited to go to work in the morning.

      Cons

      The midtown office location is kind of in a weird spot (in a medical building) which doesn't necessarily mesh with the type of work Long Wave does.
