      There are no pros that are relevant to this company so I will just leave it at that

      They hired a VP of HR who doesn't know how to recognize talent and is biased in hiring Going to HR is a waste of time Get to the real root of the issues in this company and dont waste time with meaningless initiatives or strategies that don't help this company

      Pros

      The office environment is fantastic - because of the people. I look forward to being with, sharing ideas and working towards a common goal with talented people.

      Cons

      overall social media presence is lacking, but it seems that there are some steps in the right direction to begin to put a strategy around this.

      Loring Ward is a company driven by purpose and values. It's unusual to find a company so focused on doing what is right for its employees and its clients. The people are awesome and the opportunity to learn and grow is endless.

      Cons

      You definitely need to believe in the mission of helping financial advisors help their clients. If not, it probably won't be a good fit. Everything we do is focused on improving people’s financial lives.
