      Pros

      Strong Hispanic stations to sell as an Account Executive.

      Cons

      Pays on collections. You will be selling against your managers. No room for upward growth. No real digital products. Upper management very out of touch in today's marketing climate.

      Lots Boise offered me a way to control my finances buy having uncapped earnings potential, I was making six figures with in the first two years

      Cons

      I’m a workaholic, and a commission position such as this drove me to work a lot of hours in the first two years, however after that, the work life balance was significantly different from my past job in the Hotel industry and I would never go back!
