Pros

The company offers a good bonus scheme. Plus other benefits such as BUPA.

Cons

We lost our culture and values after COVID-19 - they are currently trying to be rebuilt but I see this as being a slow process. Individuals who spoke out about issue or graded the company poorly on questionnaires were marked out as being "dangerous" to the company. Unfortunately, these people were the people that cared the most and have now left.

Pros

beautiful country site to work on and nice restaurant for lunch, easy parking good location if you are in derbyshire area

Cons

lack of diversity which really stood out at this company and varied standards between departments of what was expected of their staff- the department i worked in lacked communication, micromanaged quite a bit and was poor in providing constructive and timely feedback.
