Great hours, upper management actually visits stores and attempts to get to know the team, not as hectic as traditional retail

Cons

Raises are only given for promotions, summer months are terrible for commission, the discount sounds good but items are still expensive

Toxic work environment! Corporate condones the blatant discriminatory actions taken by store managers that lack basic supervisory skills. Managers hiring friends, no advancement for current employees.
