      Just not a great company

      Pros

      Good benefits, flexible working setup, working with good people.

      Cons

      Super bureaucratic and there’s a lot of incompetence at the middle management level. A lot of leftover people from old mergers who drag things down and slow down processes. Parent company is totally removed so there’s little support from HR. Expectations of the job aren’t realistic with the tech they have.

      Great people Great values Hybrid work schedule

      Cons

      Hybrid change from 1 day in office to 3days. Process keeps changing managment in flux. Stress levels high. Leaning into the hard for several years now perpetual backlogs & fire drills. Canceled summer fridays, PTO and forced OT during holidays.
