      Pros

      You get to work with new microservices, cloud and container technologies. There are a lot of smart people here, but no egos or jerks. The office space is brand new with modern layout, and everyone has large monitors and nice MacBooks. There is a nice gym and 3 restaurants in the building. The company covers lunch and gym membership. You get to work on an innovative online / mobile banking product. The company is managed well, and team does agile scrum the right way.

      Cons

      There are many technologies to learn and master to become proficient at this job. Studying new technologies on your own time is necessary if you want to excel. This type of product requires integrating with many financial services vendor APIs. While some of these are modern, many are archaic and unpleasant to work with.

      Pros

      - there is balance between quality and meeting market needs, and innovation - we continuously update (weekly) the existing platform and spend equal time on innovation - clients are part of our strategy development and validation / it is absolutely incredible - growing rapidly and doing great in the market / we are in the sweet spot of any company - secured $54M in funding recently / great CEO (would follow this guy anywhere)

      - there are no real cons except maybe we are busier because of our success
