Pros

There is a good atmosphere in the company, good people, and a lot of expats.

Cons

If they are not able to find a project for you, they push you do some weird thing like writing the tech articles, or start telling that you and not connected with coleages, and at the end will try to push you out by official warnings.

Culture is nice! Drinks and food on Friday. Coworkers are intelligent and fun to hang around

There are no supporting project managers or business consultants which bridge the gap between engineering and business. I worked on 2 projects with my full commitment, both failed due to that
