What Company Policy Did I Break

Pros

My first three and a half months were great,then I recommended to get the oil changed and the transmission oil checked since it has no dipstick.

Cons

My only storage area was the floorboard on the passenger side, kept window cleaner, paper towels, I believe I even had litter from the client's property, showing goodwill, so I don't know what happened at the oil change place, I'm an old guy and they removed everything of mine from the van like I had did a major crime and displayed my prostrate napkins out in a main haul,like I had broken company policy, only problem it was the manager's personal dislike,why am I expected to know the manager's whims,and I really didn't like my medical issues air in front of my co-workers I can't even look them in the eye.
