Company is Good if you are good in politics. No Work to do.
Cons
Management approach is like they are running shop not company. No culture and Values. Job threat Salary Cut They will not give you proper seating arrangements irrespective of your designation. Most of employees left job within 6 months. Only old employees enjoy there work as they are very close to management. No review system No KRA No discussion No monthly Discussion nothing. It is pure stationary shop without any mission and vision.
