      Exciting times!

      Pros

      Great technology with recent big design wins, now complete executive team and influx of new hires are breathing some new life into the company. Great location with reverse commute for most employees, nice walking trails and restaurants nearby. Nice group of employees that are dedicated and work well together.

      Cons

      Office layout isn't really conducive to socialization (partly due to secure areas), there is clear separation between departments. Some of the furniture and equipment is dated and could do with a refresh.

      Pros

      Salary is decent and very little bureaucracy. Some very good 1st level managers there.

      Cons

      Drifting as a company for 20+ years and is still private. Top management needs to be replaced with a new team. This management team is unable to guide the company in an effective manner. If you have a management team which after 20 years is going sideways or down it is time for a change.
