      The Worst Company

      Pros

      There really aren't any. I guess free alcohol if you consider that a perk. But it truly isn't, as the company doesn't even offer corporate discounts.

      Cons

      Illegal operations, wage lawsuits, owner of the company and friends having affairs with bartenders, threat-driven company, not enough time to get projects accomplished, plotting coworkers against each other.

      Pros

      Seemed cool at the time to get a job there.

      Cons

      Once there the sketchiness of the place was shocking. I witnessed a lot with my own eyes behavior that would never be normally tolerated. I am surprised there haven’t been lawsuits. I leave this one off my resume.

      Pros

      You are forced to learn how to multitask, make decisions and fend for yourself. There is no support or feedback and when you ask any important questions you get no response. Forces you to learn quickly and think on your feet. The biggest pro is how much I appreciate my current and past employers after working here.

      Cons

      Complete disregard for the people who work in the company. It’s a boys club with the boys at the top completely unaware of what’s actually happening. There are bombs going off everywhere and they are oblivious to what’s happening. I’ve never seen such a disorganized company in all my years. It’s as if they are trying to sink it. All the good people have left or are leaving and the ones who remain are mainly jaded and have accepted their fate. I feel bad when I see new people get coaxed into the company. They always start with such energy and after a few months become Lyons group zombies.
