Cool office. Great energy. Strong client list.
Cons
Toxic culture between the creatives and anyone else. Disagreements often bled into client meetings. Everyone seems to be looking out for themselves instead of working towards a common goal.

Pros
It is truly a team effort within the compound walls of MTZHF. The office vibe is hip and cool but without egos. We all recognize that we are very fortunate to be in this position and only team work will put us on the map.
Cons
With any small shop, you fill in the blanks wherever needed, which could lead to some late nights and or weekend work. You will not work on just one account, you will work on many.
