Stay away. Management is very poor here. Analysts are stuck in a finance-only mindset while this should be treated as a tech company. Associates do 90% of the work but get a fraction of the pay of analysts. The CEO doesn't know how to run the business, as the company doesn't have any sort of direction. The associates are overworked and underpaid. Any sort of criticism of the company or suggestions are either disregarded or looked at like mutiny. The managers here treat their employees like machines and not like people. At first it was great and then they became full of themselves. Not to mention some of the other reviews one here are so corporate it's funny. "Best platform for analysts who care about alternative data" -please, that's straight out of their PR handbook. They're also starting to create fake LinkedIn profiles to boost their employee counts because many people are leaving. That's not opinion that is fact. They look great on the surface but the company is shallow, they treat their employees poorly, and they refuse to acknowledge their shortcomings.

This company sucks in every possible way. It’s a pure boys club and they don’t actually care about producing good work or their clients. Please beware of the fake positive reviews. Management here lacks vision, direction and treats individuals as children. Please stay away or you may realize a few months into the job, all the positive reviews were definitely fabricated.
