Pros
A good portion of the team members are great and fun to work with. By this I mean the hourly associates who come in every day and do their best and have fun at work.
Cons
The senior leadership team is egocentric and not conducive of growth or continuous improvement. Leaders lie to other leaders, and leaders lie about other leaders. And most importantly do not even talk to each other to ensure a common goal or collaboration. M2 also knowingly underpays associates according to current market rates.
