      Demanding leadership.

      Pros

      Company has best projects around Delhi NCR. They hire best consultants. Leadership is very demanding in terms of quality and timelines. For junior level it is tough but they get to learn a lot.

      Lol of internal politics. Not very stable job.

      It's a Scam company. They will cancel the offer one day before you are supposed to join.

      Only negatives. HR team is horrible. They don't have basic professionalism and etiquette of how to drive recruitment process. Rohan Chopra (Head HR), Mandeep Singh Pannu (Senior HR Manager) and the whole HR team won't even acknowledge to emails.

      No Cons. HR team is horrible. Never ever join this company.
