      Pros

      Exposure and versatility. Good package and health insurance. The holding CEO is visionary and perseverance to make the change, however his vision is not properly conveyed down the pyramid.

      Cons

      Hierarchy is not properly managed; Multi-level management physically and mentally isolates management form studious employees. They try to invest in people via regular learning and leadership courses; unfortunately most of the Directors do not do what they preach. No one is considered as an asset; however this is a Dubai Culture.
