      In my experience, the company has a culture of micromanagement. Employees are required to use a time-tracking system, and salary deductions can occur if the required hours are not completed, which makes it feel as though employees are treated like daily wage workers rather than professionals. I also felt that raising concerns or questioning these policies was discouraged, as there was a fear of losing your job. From what I observed, this had happened to some senior employees as well. The company also appears to have a frequent hire-and-fire cycle, with layoffs occurring regularly each year. Overall, it created an environment that felt stressful and lacked job security.
