Pros
very good senior management that knows very well the industry good enviroment, great company culture. some nice career opportunities. also the company helps you with your training very much! that's a big plus, in my opinion.
Cons
organization structure can be sometimes a little bit confusing. good enviroment to work in with ok communication with other employees. as for compensasion, bonuses are a little too small. if they would make them a little bigger it would motivate the employees even more to work.
