Benefits are great Atmosphere is great Work is interesting Colleagues are nice

Cons

It's not unusual for meetings with senior staff to devolve into incoherent shouting matches between senior staff. Development practices and processes sit firmly a decade behind the industry. Progression is limited. The most effective and quickest way to communicate with management is via Glassdoor.

Working with some of the most talented engineers I have met, with everyone willing to help each other. Very complex software system, there is always more to learn.

Cons

A fast growing company sometimes challenges its own administration systems, so there are a few weaknesses that need to be addressed.
