Rewind 18 months this was a company I was proud to tell my friends I worked for and the sales team was one of the very best I had worked with.
Since then, several questionable management decisions have been made which has resulted in many members of the team leaving. Often mistreated and/ or ostracised MBA's strategy seems to be handing these (now) disgruntled staff and their customer base to their competition. The devastating results of this madness have been;
- The departure of three Directors
- The departure of their CTO
- The departure of a Sales Team Leader
- The loss of circa 25 members of staff
- The sale of their services division
- A move to much smaller offices just this month
Unfortunately, this once ambitious company has sunk to a depressing low. Lacking the proper guidance, MBA seem to be destined for nothing more than becoming a tin shifter with depleting or flat revenues for the next 2-3 years.
