Staff are friendly, and supportive. Lots of opportunities if you are willing to work hard. Training and further development is on offer.
Cons
I can't think of any cons, I am lucky that I enjoy my time at work and I get lots of encouragement and support from my managers and work colleagues, and yes coffee not great but I've tasted worse!
