      Pros

      Good team, freedom to opinion, Smart people to work with, Good facility, the company cares about the employees. training is constant, and there is always good instructors. it is particularly good when you join the company as intern. Always Challenging things daily.

      Cons

      Team is spread in three continents, so could not mingle with all of them even though we communicate everyday. Competition for Projects, travel.

      Pros

      The top management level people are the young entrepreneur and they are leading in telecommunication industries in today market. They are serving not for the money the really serving for the service and for better solution in Telecommunication industries.

      Cons

      As it is the early startup company they help their people for learn the core thing of Telecommunication, but because of Owner driven company we can not co-relate it with MNC's. But to learn the actual ground lebel thing it is a great orgnization.

      They offer fake promises for placing you or giving u a job the training environment and the trainers are good but...

      Pros

      MCS Technologies the name sounds good but the things they do are equally bad too. They provide training for 15k promising to place you in a good company, later they place u in a small and invisible company somewhere in the woods. This was really the baddest decision of my life to train here or trust these people.

      Cons

      I suggest just be away from these people if u r looking to make a good career else remaining is ur wish
