      Its better to remain employed then working under foolish people.

      Cons

      Three people in higher management but each-one don't trust each other. Boasting about big things, we are this or that but I am telling you even small Chai shop runs better. Company surviving on previous employees wealth and doomed to fail in time to come and everyone will pack the bags and will run in hopeless direction.
